Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes should be requested by phone or WhatsApp as early as possible. The time of your request is based on when we receive it.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed. Payment gateway or bank processing fees may be non-refundable.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, the following applies:

Refund percentages are based on the total booking amount paid to us. If your booking includes add-ons or third-party charges, those may have separate rules.

We understand plans can change. Where availability allows, we may offer a one-time date change instead of a cancellation.

• Requests should be made at least 72 hours before check-in.
• New dates must fall within 6 months of the original check-in date.
• Rate differences may apply based on season and availability.
• If the new dates are lower-priced, the difference may not be refundable.

If you do not arrive on the check-in date (no-show), the booking is treated as non-refundable and may be released for resale.

If you check out early after check-in, unused nights are non-refundable.

During festivals, holidays, and peak seasons, stricter cancellation terms may apply. If so, we will communicate those terms at the time of booking confirmation.

If travel is prevented due to events outside reasonable control (for example, natural disasters, government restrictions, or major transport shutdowns), we will work with you to offer a date change or credit, subject to availability.
